Genuinely what's the issue with hand shuffling? It's only ever been a stim for me, sometimes I even use a deck of playing cards as a fidget toy and hand shuffle when I'm at my desk. It's not just this, one of my exes literally refused to play MTG with me because I hand shuffled.
