#Ethereum. 11 of my lawyers are fighting for your rights. They just filed this motion to dismiss with the SEC. The fact pattern here seems superior to the fact patterns of other cases you see in the courts, and as such it's a wonderful place to make a stand! Check out the strong First Amendment arguments. This affects free speech, open source software and more.
Crypto projects, consider asking your lawyers to file an amicus brief in this now ripe case. Amici are best served well before the SEC's brief is filed (3 months from now), though this court has no official guidelines. Good precedent set, is good for everyone. Bad precedent set, is bad for everyone.
Due to this court's individual rules, this brief has been served on the SEC but will not be shown on the public docket until all briefing is complete in August. It is still a public document and free to share at this point.

Predicting the future is hard. No one knew for certain that HEX would be worth more than eHEX, or that liquidity would move it seems entirely to PulseChain, nor could people know for certain #Ethereum gas fees would stay insane. But you knew it was a possibility. Just like you couldn't know they'd approve the #Bitcoin ETH and buy all dips with not a single 25% dip from the bottom to 4x higher. But after you see the reality, and you see it happen. That's it. You made your bed, you must sleep in it. Predicting the future is hard. Here's the good news. It's a perfect storm for PulseX, PulseChain and HEX. The majority of guys won. Most people moved over, and are enjoying the amazingly affordable fees. Thousands of times cheaper, millions of dollars saved! It's wonderful news. And if you think about it, how could a 2nd chain possibly save anyone on fees, if you had to end stakes on 2 chains instead of 1? Only by people stopping wasting money on the expensive chain. And what's the only way they might stop doing that?

Look at the heatmap. Then work another hour or two to afford to send the token. When fees go up, it's DAYS of labor... PulseChain.com was invented to solve this! The more load you move to it, the cheaper ETH gas fees can be.
