Also, the reason so many people died in early childhood was more from being more vulnerable to diseases that are easily curable and/or preventable with modern medicine

@FEHatEnjoyer @SussexHenryVIII Tbf, the child mortality wasn’t 1 in 3. However, and this is in the lower end of the spectrum, 1 in 3 children died before they turned 5, so that’s part of why they had so many. Mabye a handful were actually expected to live to adulthood.

@meevlerone @ClaireOfRuralia That’s usually where they start just to see how to react to it physically. After ~3 months, you’ll probably get up to 4mg of estradiol (I started at 2mg estradiol and 25 mg spiro, and now I’m on 6mg estradiol and 200mg spiro nearly 6 months in)
