You would think after all the imposters and scams that people would finally learn, but they do not. They still engage with imposter accounts. pump.tires, like Satoshi seems to have NO X ACCOUNT. No email. No social. No discord. No telegram. Thus beware Imposters!

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗨𝗦𝗗 𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝘂𝗹𝘀𝗲𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 LUSD (Liquity USD) is a decentralized stablecoin on Ethereum, created by the Liquity protocol. When Richard Heart forked Ethereum to create PulseChain, all projects, including LUSD, were copied over. This article explores the workings of LUSD, the issues it faces on PulseChain, and risks for investors enticed by the hype around forked stablecoins. 𝗟𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗨𝗦𝗗 𝗠𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰𝘀 The Liquity protocol allows users to mint LUSD by depositing ETH as collateral, maintaining a minimum collateral ratio of 110%. The system uses over-collateralization, a stability pool, and a robust redemption mechanism to keep LUSD pegged to the USD. - 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Users deposit ETH and mint LUSD, ensuring the stablecoin is fully backed. - 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗼𝗼𝗹: Holds LUSD to absorb liquidations, maintaining stability and protecting the peg. -𝗥𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗺: Allows users to redeem LUSD for ETH at face value, ensuring LUSD does not fall significantly below its $1 peg. The protocol relies on accurate price feeds from oracles to maintain collateral ratios and prevent under-collateralization. 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝘂𝗹𝘀𝗲𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻 Richard Heart’s PulseChain aims to improve Ethereum by providing a faster, cost-effective alternative. In this copy, every Ethereum project, including LUSD, was replicated, creating pLUSD on PulseChain. However, several issues have surfaced: 𝟭. 𝗢𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗜𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲𝘀: The pLUSD on PulseChain still references Ethereum price feeds instead of PulseChain feeds. This discrepancy allows incorrect collateral valuation, leading to over-minting and instability. 𝟮. 𝗜𝗺𝗺𝘂𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀: Liquity’s design is immutable and decentralized with no admin keys. While this provides security on Ethereum, it poses problems on PulseChain, where contract modifications are necessary but impossible. 𝟯. 𝗙𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗺𝘀: Reports suggesting bad actors exploited pLUSD by minting excessive amounts are misleading. The real issue stems from the misaligned oracles, which the team has not addressed, instead blaming non-existent exploits. 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗗𝗔𝗜 Unlike pLUSD, the forked version of DAI (pDAI) on PulseChain has structured mechanisms to maintain its peg. Notably, the Atropa ecosystem supports the pDAI peg and operates in a transparent way adding credibility. Moreover, solid proof shows Richard Heart's wallets interacting with MakerDAO vaults on PulseChain, lending weight to pDAI by indicating direct involvement and support from influential PulseChain figures. 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗸𝘀 Investors should be cautious with pLUSD on PulseChain due to: -𝗢𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Reliance on Ethereum price feeds undermines the protocol’s functionality. -𝗜𝗺𝗺𝘂𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀: The inability to adapt forked contracts to PulseChain’s unique ecosystem. -𝗙𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗺𝘀: Misleading reports blaming exploits instead of addressing the real oracle issues. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 The design and operational challenges of pLUSD on PulseChain, particularly its reliance on incorrect price feeds and immutable contracts, suggest that maintaining its peg may not be feasible. Investors should be wary of speculative hype and promises of peg restoration without clear, actionable plans. Thorough research and understanding of the structural differences between the original and forked versions are essential before making investment decisions. The presence of the Atropa ecosystem and Richard Heart's involvement with MakerDAO vaults provide pDAI with a stronger foundation, making it a more credible option compared to pLUSD. Investors should consider these factors when evaluating stablecoin investments on PulseChain. #hex #PulseChain #tangGang #lusd
