Fact is Rockstar has never dropped a game when performance modes were commonplace on consoles. That didn’t happen till this gen.

If Rockstar can’t match the industry standard, then something is seriously wrong.

@That_oneV_plush @timetravelslop2 It's useless now, the link is dead for the rom and the instructions were only necessary because the game hadn't come out yet so there was a process for making the emulator accept an unsigned unfinished copy, much easier now, just get the rom from nswpedia and ryubing
