I dated 3 girls simultaneously for 6 months. thought i was some genius managing all these relationships. years later i realized: they were managing ME and i didn't even know it. that's not a flex. that's a puppet with strings. here's what actually happened: girl A wanted me at her place. girl B wanted me to text more. girl C wanted me to stop seeing the other two. i was completely controlled, making every decision based on THEIR needs instead of MY own. girl A texts "where are you?" and suddenly i'm driving to her house at midnight. girl B complains "you never have time for me" and suddenly my schedule revolves around her. girl C demands "it's me or them" and suddenly i'm pretending i can choose. i was so busy trying to keep all three happy that i forgot to ask: what the fuck do I actually want? then it clicked: i wasn't dating 3 girls. i was being CONTROLLED by 3 girls and calling it a relationship. and here's the scary part: most of you junglers are doing this exact same thing. your top laner is typing "gank me" and suddenly you're abandoning your camps. your mid laner is spam pinging and suddenly you're rotating to save them instead of taking objectives. your bot lane is begging for a lane gank and suddenly your entire game plan revolves around THEIR needs. you're completely controlled, making every decision based on THEIR demands instead of YOUR vision. virgin jungler: "my laners are telling me where to be so i go there" chad jungler: "i decide the map. laners adjust to ME." here's the brutal truth: your laners have THEIR OWN interests. they want ganks. they want pressure. they want you to save them. but their interests aren't YOUR interests. if you let them decide where you play, you're not playing YOUR game. you're playing THEIR game. and their game doesn't win. i wasted 6 months being controlled by 3 girls because i kept asking "what do they need from me?" the best version of myself came when i stopped asking and started deciding. i decided where to be. i decided what mattered. i decided what i wanted. and suddenly none of them could control me anymore because i was moving with PURPOSE, not reaction. and that's EXACTLY what needs to happen with your jungle gameplay. stop letting your laners dictate your decisions. top wants a gank? you decide if that's actually the move on the map right now. mid wants priority? you decide if that's YOUR priority or if their lane is lost anyway. bot is begging for help? you decide if helping them actually wins the game or if you're just being their puppet. here's what this looks like: your top laner is 0/2 and spamming "gank me gank me gank me" the old you? you feel the pressure. you feel like you HAVE to help. you gank and feed more kills. the new you? you say "that lane is lost. i'm going where the game is actually winnable." and suddenly you're not a puppet. you're a player. your mid laner is pressuring you to perma-gank mid because they're losing. the old you? you feel guilty. you feel responsible. you abandon your camps to save them. the new you? "i'm taking objectives where i can actually win." and suddenly you're not reacting. you're deciding. i didn't break free from those 3 girls by arguing with them. i broke free by making a unilateral decision: THIS IS WHAT I'M DOING. no negotiation. no explanation. no compromise. just movement with purpose. the moment you stop letting your laners control your game, you climb. because suddenly you're playing to WIN, not to make your team happy. most of you won't do this because it's easier to be controlled than to own your decisions. being a puppet is comfortable. someone else is responsible. if you lose, it's not YOUR fault, it's THEIRS. but the killers? the ones actually climbing? they realized: you can't let other people decide your game. you have to OWN the map. your laners will always want something from you. that's their job. your job is to decide what actually wins the game and move accordingly. if they follow you, great. if they don't? they lose. that's on them. that's the shift. that's the climb. that's the difference between hardstuck and unstoppable. your problem was never your laners. your problem was you letting THEM control YOU. make the decisions. own the map. stop being a puppet. your laners are the strings. the question is: are you going to keep dancing, or are you going to cut them off? study the saskio way
