Most of us spend too much time doing and not spending enough time thinking about what we should do.

I get a weekly screen time report from my iPhone. For years, I've been right at 4 hours a day, give or take about 15 minutes. Since I started using the Be Present app, I've reduced that to 3 hours a day. That's a 25% reduction. Each day is a little different in terms of where that time is spent. Yesterday I spent an hour playing chess because I needed to catch up on some games. Two days ago I spent 30 minutes on the Traeger app because I was smoking tri-tips.
