You can say you don’t want Marcus Rashford back after the way Barcelona have treated him, that’s fair. But acting like he isn’t a Manchester United legend is rewriting history. When a player who has given so much to the club is going through a difficult moment, the club should stand by him. If Bayern or Paris come in with the right offer later, then fine, sell him. But the disrespect from some people is unnecessary.

Benjamin Sesko — 11 league goals, 1 assist Bryan Mbeumo — 10 league goals, 3 assists Matheus Cunha — 10 league goals, 2 assists First season playing together as well... that’s very decent if you ask me. We’re talking about 3 players who could easily be hitting 20 goals a season with European football and longer domestic cup runs.

When I see people calling Liam Delap the “flop of the season,” I just laugh. The same guy who snubbed United for Chelsea’s so called glamorous project is now stuck warming the Stamford Bridge bench. Chelsea paid around £30m after triggering his relegation clause, only for him to spend most of the season absent, anonymous, and practically non existent whenever he does appear. Barely any impact, no real presence, just another expensive signing collecting dust. Glad United stayed far away from that mess.
