@ahfzxi @AceWindman Why would it be material? It was a sub $500m balance sheet investment in keeping with the company investment policy. Not an acquisition that was material operationally, and they reported the mark to market loss. So, what did they not report, exactly, that would be material?

This is a sign that you should pay attention to. All of these places have the following in common: 1. It's where money goes to relax 2. Ownership is historically expensive, these are all rented by the week to the upper and middle class for vacations, weddings, family reunions, etc. 3. These places have habitual visitors - people who come the same week every year, consistently. That this many properties are on the market means the rental income for the summer has collapsed and these are moving from asset to liability for a lot of owners. The time to buy is coming, but I'm looking for 40-50% price capitulation in some of these markets from the ATH during covid.

One thing I thing people significantly overlooked in this play is how difficult it is for a public company with an actively traded stock that’s under the DTCC and, as a result, SEC and Finra coverage to be able to move to a tokenized exchange in a way that’s beneficial for shareholders and protect the companies registry. It is however, much easier to restructure the equity and debt offerings as well as the structure of a company when it’s in bankruptcy. It’s also much easier to make changes to accompany and re-organize if it’s going through an M&A transaction and it’s got its state registrations right.

Well, it's a part of a signal algorithm, so 'switching it back on' presumes a binary weighting, which isn't likely. One compromised post wouldn't turn it off as a source, only introduce doubt into the Bayesian probabilities on intent and meaning. Turning it back on would rely on a return of signal validation (that the account is not hacked, consistent content, etc). Twitter, however, is not the best place to talk about weight inputs in a machine learning model that is highly selective.
