I posted a complaint on X, my refund from Jio. Then I’ve been receiving fraud calls saying my refund will be processed if I go to “saved cards” and enter my card details. This is clearly a scam. No company asks for card number, CVV, or OTP to process. @JioCare @reliancejio

@Heyniharikaa Postpaid bill, please follow the steps outlined below: 1. Open the MyJio app and select HOME 2. Choose the correct Fiber account by clicking on Switch account 3. Tap on Pay Bill 4. Click Pay at the bottom of the screen 5. Select your preferred payment method and follow (2/3)

I mistakenly recharged ₹771 on my old JioFiber which is already suspended. I have emailed and called customer care many times but only received automated response, no real help. I work hard to earn my money, so this amount is very important for me. @reliancejio @JioCare 🙏🙏

@JioCare Instead of addressing this problem, I am repeatedly receiving unrelated instructions. This kind of response is very disappointing and reflects poor customer support. As a customer, I have the right to fair service and proper resolution of my complaint.

@JioCare Providing instructions to pay a postpaid bill does not resolve my issue or bring back the money that was mistakenly deducted. My concern is about the ₹771 recharge that was done on a JioFiber connection which is already suspended and not in use.

As a customer, I believe this situation should be handled with fairness. An amount of ₹771 may not be significant for a large company like Jio, but it is very important for me as I work very hard to earn my money.

@JioCare you are not fully understanding my situation. This was a small human error, but it has caused a big financial loss for me. I am the only earning member of my family. For a company like Jio ₹771 may not be a big amount, but for someone, me who works very hard to earn every rupee
