@ORemployment Am I the only one who can't file a peuc claim because it says you still have a active pua claim? What are we supposed to do?

If you exhausted your PEUC and Extended Benefits (EB) and have been moved to PUA, file PUA for the week ending Jan. 23. After Jan. 23, you will be moved back to PEUC for the 11-week extension. (1/3)

@ORemployment So if it's the 25 and you haven't been switched , should you call and wait on hold or are you still working on it?

If I exhausted both PEUC and EB, and am now claiming PUA, am I eligible to get the additional 11 weeks of PEUC benefits? Yes. If you exhausted all of your regular and extended benefits and are now claiming PUA, we will move you back to PEUC by the week ending Jan. 23, 2021.
