A lot of customers dont realize that servers often have to tip out (from their own pocket) the kitchen, the hosts, busses, bartenders and sometimes manager. So your tipping is going to be be spread amongst all of the staff who made your dining experience, what it was. So if you're like, "Im not tipping as much because I had to wait 2min for my ketchup", you're not just "sticking it to the server" by dropping their tip.... you're punishing the entire restaurant staff for whatever minor transgression they did.

@TaraBull Dear servers. I am not your boss. I do not bank roll the payroll. I'm also not the law makers that allow your boss to set up the fucked up rules they use to pay you. I'd your boss can afford to pay you, they shouldn't own a restaurant.
