@Moto Safe mode replicates the camera and OS Software issues as described. All apps still have the issues as well. Safe mode appears to not help

I understand the skin is actually a Chroma, I read the description and it said "Cosmic Skins are now available on the PBE". It made me think that all the featured skins were not available on LIVE servers implying that they're all skins.
