@DHW72 @HirezOps Try deleting the saved game data from your console. it sounds like your settings are corrupted and deleting those files, then running the game should remake the files.. (Deleting that data will not effect your account other than resetting your in game settings).

@ToxicWafflez101 @IHOLDSHIFT @PaladinsGame @StackUpDotOrg Restart the Hi-Rez service by going to the Windows start menu and search for services.msc. Find the Hi-Rez service and start the service if it is stopped. Right click the service, click properties, and make sure the startup type is set to Automatic. Then see if the game updates.
