@CelticWhiskeyCl @IanDoogue I always recommend that you try it as is first. The liquid in the bottle is what I call the "truth", it's the whiskey the way the distiller and producer intended. Always cut a few small drops at a time with bourbon until you get it right for you

@KevinAbrook @CelticWhiskeyCl @IanDoogue Hi Kevin, typical evap is 12% in first year and then approx. 6% thereafter. Our Eagle Rare 17YO from the 2018 release had >92% total evaporation!
