@vedictrades There is no issues for dalay as its already written in the booking application that after 60-90 days intrest will be occurr on remaining amount at 12%/pa or if deal cancelled then a basic amount will be deducted for their loss.

hello Indian real estate people, let’s assume I gave a token amount for a property, but was unable to come up with the complete amount for the entire amount in due time. Is it professional to ask for an extension? Should I apologise for the inconvenience? I don’t want to ruin my relations with the dealer, this was the first time it ever happened? The honest truth is however I won’t be able to arrange the amount anytime soon anyway, bank messed up and now I’m stuck. ChatGPT is telling me it’s okay but it tells me everything okay no matter how much I fuck up.
