When you look at this cover it becomes more clear to me that Frank Miller's current art isn't THAT different than his old art.

@TheBoschFawstin Get them off the streets. In jail or institutionalized. The majority are mentally ill or junkies. People need to stop empathizing with them over the communities they endanger. I just saw one try to fight traffic the other day. She was swinging her fist at speeding cars.

@shanedavisart Manga/anime attracted the woke crowd. She offended them then made the mistake of apologizing to them. The rest is history repeating.

@StatisticalZero I'm aware of that. I figured that's why most people use them. Though some people don't like how messy it looks. I know Joe Sonntag prefers to pencil lightly and erase it after inking. He wants the final piece to look 'clean'.

@HidaReadsComics Not to mention, if you ink them and scan them in, eliminate either the red or blue color channel. Instant cleaned up drawing. Learned it studying animation techniques.

Set myself up with a sketch lead refill. Always liked sketching in blues and reds. Prefer blue for everyday sketches. So I grabbed myself a box of 12 vials of 12 leads each. This should do for a while.

@StatisticalZero Interesting. I hadn't considered any of that.

@HidaReadsComics Typically, the ink stands out a bit better against red, if I do a quick sketch. If water coloring, the reds add a warmness to the sketch, blue lines make it cooler.

@MichiganMavrik I love the tradition of kissing the bricks. They run through the whole place and it's all that's left of the original track from a century ago. Hard to imagine the whole place was once built out of those bricks.

@soler_mira Definitely one of my favorite pieces. The design, the excellent drawing, and fantastic colors. Not to mention that bow's simple but classic design combined with its large size along those arrows just evoke power. She looks like a hunter.

Who does archery the best in comics? Not necessarily who your favorite character is, but who made it the coolest. Whether it's artists drawing bows as cool as a badass rifle decked out with all the attachments, the way it functions like Shaft's stringless anti-gravity bow, crazy trick arrows, or just making the combat look great. Favorite looking bows? Particular runs? Writers who understood how to sell fighting with bows and arrows against modern weaponry? Sound off and include plenty of pictures!

@fundmycomic Yeah, definitely some of the most iconic modern Hawkeye art. Some really cool moments in the fights as well.

@HidaReadsComics I kind of like the Ultimate Universe Hawkeye that Jeremy Renner was based on. I just think it's a cool costume and an update.
