@Goreshx It's a vegeta unit so I doubt DBL team is going to make him broken. The only reason Napgeta equip is so good because the goat and money printing machine for DB franchise, Nappa, is on there.

If they give Vegeta endurance null + buff removal on his ult, Rose might be fried.
