I've gotten teary-eyed at two high school sporting events and today was one of them. Watching Covington win that state title after all coach Warmath and his family have been through was just amazing. #warmathstrong

Congrats to Covington! They win the Class AA state title 11-1 over Forrest. They finish 34-7 in a season of incredible adversity.

Pretty cool story here...senior Kyle Ginn, who suffered a serious knee injury in football, pinch hits and hits a two run 💣 to give Covington an 11-0 lead. It was Ginn's 2nd AB of the season, he limped around the bases clearly emotional, and was MOBBED by teammates at the plate.
