I know the effective property tax rate is 0.75% – 0.80% of assessed home value and the average annual tax rate is around 2.5 to 3k a year, but that's still clearly CRIMINAL. How do we continue to put up with this?

@LucasGageX Good job man! Great progress. Another game changer is walking. Seems the sweet spot is 12k steps a day. Almost everyone can do it. Walking after every mean tames the blood sugar level in a way almost nothing else can.

Since everyone wants to lose weight, here's my advice:
You don't need a boring diet; you need a diet you can sustain over time. Take the foods you already eat and make lower-calorie versions of them.
You only need a 500-calorie deficit per day to lose 1 lb of fat per week.
