All the homes in the project are now lockable! Last window installed on Monday. Kitchens starting to go in the 1 bedroom units.

The builders placed the final structural insulated panel wall on Friday! Looking forward to getting the roof on the last 6 homes very soon!

A bunch of residents of Marmalade Lane have clubbed together to buy this electric car. It’s led directly to three of those households selling a car they own. Great example of how #cohousing works in practice.
