This is the kind of moment that reminds us why we reach for the stars raw human courage meeting engineering brilliance. Breaking the Apollo 13 distance record after 50years, surviving that blistering re-entry it's proof we're still capable of big, unifying achievements when we commit. But question, with all this momentum, are we finally treating deep space as a serious long term priority, or will it stay a series of inspiring one offs? NASA deserves every bit of this praise, curious what the next chapter looks like.
What the Artemis II astronauts did over the last 10 days was a testament to their bravery. And the fact that they traveled farther from Earth than anyone ever has, re-entered our atmosphere at more than 24,000 mph, and splashed down safely was a testament to human ingenuity. Thanks to everyone at @NASA for making this mission possible, and for taking us along for the ride.
