Highland's Connor Grinstead signed a letter-of-intent with Upper Iowa football on National Signing Day Wednesday. A three-time All-District selection, Grinstead is projected as a safety for the Peacocks. Upper Iowa signed a class of 38. @Highland_CSD @HighlandFb @Upper_Iowa_FB
