@HierholzerKyle We get the stick around pretty well for a HS team, we did them day 1 and never again.

Standing handoffs are the worst drill in track. This does not make your 4x100 better.

As a teaching point, yes. Hand position and target.
Our emphasis with standing is stepping through the pass so that's not really standing either.

If used as a standalone drill, it is terrible at simulating a full speed exchange.
However, I believe there are valuable reference points easily checked off here.
Also worth noting, there’s a lot more to this total relay session than the standing push pass (as there should be).

Would AZ coaches be interested in setting up a Zoom or a survey before this AIA "meeting" we need to be on the same page heading into next year if we want changes made.

How does your state do T&F state qualifying? We have a regional meet on Friday and entries must be finalized tonight at 9:00 PM. Curious to hear what others do. We have to technology to finalize entries later but we'll make them final a full week in advance with no changes.
