@Icelandair @travelocity @TravelocityHq @DeptTransport the flight we purchased, 642 on 3/28/2026, is in the air on the way to Iceland per Iceland air’s website. Arriving ahead of schedule. Still asking why we were moved to a different flight when we didn’t ask to do that?

@Icelandair @DeptTransport @travelocity @TravelocityHq
We purchased this exact flight in November. At 4:40am today we were moved, NOT at our request, to a different flight that was subsequently canceled. Original flight is in the air. Why am I not on this plane?!

@TravelocityHq @DeptTransport @Icelandair @travelocity @TravelocityHq tried to get assistant from Travelocity since we purchased our flights thru them. They reached out to Iceland air and were told the 642 departing on 3/28/2026 is no longer going to KEF. I will be tracking that flight to confirm.

@TravelocityHq @DeptTransport we were on flight 642 from BWI to KEF on 3/28/2026. Flights purchased in November 2025. At 4:40 this morning and not at my request, my flight was changed to 640 which has been cancelled. Original flight, 642, is still departing today. Why?

@Icelandair @TravelociWe were on flight 642 to Reykjavik and then 544 to Paris. At 4:40 am and not at our request, were changed to flight 640 which has been cancelled. But our original flight, 642, is still departs today and we could make our connection. Why the flight change?

@Icelandair why do your customer service agents keep hanging up on me?
English

@Icelandair I have been told that we would not make our connection. Except 642 which is departing on 3/28 is scheduled to arrive early to KEF. So that’s not true. The US customer service agents keep hanging up on me when I ask why we’re we rebooked in 640 for 3/28/2026
