Has anyone updated their PRO-seq/GRO-seq adapters/sequencing primers to include dual indices for better results on the NovaSeq? Our current protocol is based on the TRUseq Small RNA kit but our core would like us to include a second index for better multiplexing. #Genomics

If you keep everything BSL1, is there anything wrong with having a rocker, a mini fridge, buffers at home so you don’t have to spend all weekend day in lab developing blots? You could get your laundry done while developing your blot, and then just drive in to work to image it
