Israeli soldiers think they can commit genocide in Gaza and then go relax on Brazilian beaches. Now some of them even believe they can silence Brazilians showing solidarity with the victims of their crimes. In this video, one of them is arrested after attacking a pro-Palestinian demonstration in Brazil. A week ago a Brazilian prosecutor issued 3 probe orders after complaints that the #HindRajabFoundation filed in Brazil against three suspeced war criminals. After our complaints, Israel smuggled one of them out and two are on the run. The time of their impunity is running out.

🇪🇺HRF at the European Parliament The #HindRajabFoundation was invited to speak before the European Parliament’s Delegation for Relations with Palestine. Several Members of the delegation expressed their solidarity with the Foundation’s work and their motivation to support its efforts toward accountability and justice. The Foundation’s delegation was headed by General Director Dyab Abou Jahjah and included Operational Director Karim Hassoun and Head of Litigation Natacha Bracq. During the meeting, the delegation briefed the MEPs on the Foundation’s ongoing legal work aimed at ending impunity for war crimes and crimes against humanity.

Today, I headed a #HindRajabFoundation (HRF) delegation to the meeting of the Hague Group in The Hague. The meeting was attended by representatives of 42 states. In my speech, I called on states to activate the principle of universal jurisdiction to prosecute suspected war criminals present on their territory, and to initiate proceedings against their own nationals who participated in the Gaza genocide.

🚨How stolen donkeys from Gaza are now in Belgium and Holland. This is a very disturbing story. During the Gaza genocide, people fleeing for their lives often used donkeys to pull carts carrying their loved ones. On many occasions they were bombed to pieces. Sometimes the donkeys survived. Sometimes they were killed for sport by the IDF (we have video evidence of this). Donkeys were also present on farms and in rural areas. The Gazan donkeys that survived the killing or displacement of their owners were then stolen by the IDF. They were handed over to an Israeli organization that lobbies for the rights of donkeys. Even before the genocide, that organization was already calling for preventing donkeys from reaching Gaza because the conditions there were not suitable for them — the conditions before the genocide, that is. That organization has contacts with organizations in Belgium and the Netherlands. Some of these stolen donkeys were then sent to Belgium and the Netherlands. We know who organized the transport and who is bringing these stolen animals into Belgium and the Netherlands. The #HindRajabFoundation will go after all those involved in this macabre tale. These are stolen donkeys. The spoils of a genocide. These are donkeys whose owners were killed or at least displaced. Though the latter is unlikely, given how valuable and necessary donkeys are in the apocalyptic context of displacement. These are also donkeys that are considered more valuable than their owners. Of course, all life is valuable — but to the supremacist genocidal machine, an animal’s life is worth more than that of a Palestinian. This, too, is a layer of this story. No matter how you look at it, this is part of a genocide and will be addressed as such.

🚨 Today, workers at the Belgian FN Herstal — one of Europe’s most important weapons manufacturers — stopped the machines and walked out after learning that an Israeli military officer had been received at the factory. The gates were shut. Production halted. A clear message was sent: no complicity from a weapons plant while Gaza is being devastated. If it is confirmed that the officer present was the Israeli military attaché in Belgium, then we are speaking about Moshe Tetro — implicated in attacks on hospitals and in managing the policy of hunger imposed on Gaza. The #HindRajabFoundation has already called on the Belgian government to expel this war criminal. We have also filed submissions to the ICC regarding his role in December 2024. 🚨These figures are largely understated. Credit to Declassified UK for forcing the IDF onto the record about the scale of foreign nationals in its ranks as regular soldiers. Important to have this on the record. However, this table is only a snapshot: it covers currently serving dual- and multi-nationals, not the full amount of foreign citizens who have served as reservists since 2023. It does not include those already discharged. And it is entirely unclear whether the thousands of so-called “lone soldiers” who volunteered from abroad are included at all. The reality is straightforward: the number of foreign citizens who have served in Gaza — and who were present during the mass slaughter and destruction there — is far higher than what this limited dataset suggests. What we see here is a fraction, the tip of the Iceberg.

No convictions were upheld. I won all proceedings directed against me. The same recycled material is now being reused. I live in Belgium, under the rule of law.
