It became unfair the moment Hindus started questioning Hindus instead of helping out. It became unfair when some Hindus lowered their salwar out of fear of the talwar. And it became unfair when those who did not convert were not seen as role models but targeted instead.

Maybe the agencies found something really incriminating against him, or he feared arrest, or new influences in his personal life played a role. Kejriwal went to jail. Sisodia went to jail. Kejriwal came out and then was acquitted too. Through all this, Chadha remained largely silent and stayed occupied with his own life. What’s more interesting is how AAP is quietly tolerating his indifference. Technically, from Kejriwal’s perspective, this could be seen as a betrayal, and he is hardly known to stay silent against what he perceives as betrayal.
