A Hitachi ZX490LCH-7 is working on tunnel excavation for the construction of a high-speed rail line in Italy. The Naples-Bari project involves building a 145 km stretch that will be covered in approximately two hours, significantly reducing current travel times and CO2 emissions. Among the companies working on the project is the M&D Group, which has 40 years of experience in the construction of tunnels and shafts.
