They will use anything for fuel - sugar, carbs, protein or fat. They don’t care. And every carb is broken down to sugar - veg, fruit, nuts and seeds. The @wcrfuk recommends that every cancer patient follows a plant-based diet to ensure you get the vitamins, minerals and fibre that your body needs.
