Israel Kills Four American Citizens in Their Homeland, South Lebanon Israel conducted an airstrike in Bint Jbeil, southern Lebanon, killing a father and four of his children, all American citizens, and injuring their mother, just hours after U.S. envoy to Lebanon Morgan Ortagus held meetings in south Lebanon to discuss the disarmament of the Resistance. The attack sends a clear message to all of Lebanon: no one is safe, civilian or military alike. It appears Israel’s ultimate goal is to depopulate southern Lebanon, particularly the area south of the Litani River.

Gaza based journalist @byplestia has posted footage of the destruction at Church of Saint Porphyrius. It was one of the oldest Christian churches in the world. Israel hit it with four missiles. Archbishop Alexios of Tiberias, who is at the site, told the media that "They hit the offices and the entrance of the monastery. They were bombarded with a missile and the whole building collapsed. There were Christians inside, many of whom have been injured." "They have to bring bulldozers, so we can see how many people are under the rubble."
