@HannayAndrew @Museum_Nintendo Just to close the loop. The issue seems to have been fixed and we are now able to complete the phone verification. The other singaporeans who faced the same issue also have it resolved. Thanks @Museum_Nintendo for the quick fix. Look forward to visiting the place!

@HannayAndrew @Museum_Nintendo Thanks for responding but unfortunately we dont have any issues with making a call to japan or issues regarding caller ID that i know of. Seems like the system just cant detect that its getting a call from a Singaporean number.

@Museum_Nintendo Hi, I am trying to purchase the tickets but the website doesnt seem to register the call during phone verification. Checked around and it seems that it doesnt seem to work for Singapore phone numbers. Please help

They will be sent to the email address registered to your Nintendo Account. Please note that the time the email is sent may vary among drawing entrants, and it may arrive late tonight, Japan time.
