@mma_oracle Very true, Wim Hof Method Breathing, gives you a lever that shows the practitioner, that they can control much more of their body than what's on the outside. It's insightful and energising. A good tool to have among other breathwork.

@GoDeeperApp Wim Hof is a great practice, I’ve been doing breathwork for martial arts for years but this is a super hack, been doing it with cold showers for the last 2 months.
