Just noticed something strange after updating my username from @holagee_sol06 to @Holagee_sol I decided to check my current points on the KotoFi leaderboard, only to see that everything has been reset to 0, and my profile is no longer showing on the leaderboard. This is quite surprising because I have been actively participating and building consistently. I am not sure if this is directly related to the username change or if something else is going on, but I had really appreciate some clarity on this. @KotoFidotfun is this expected behavior when a username is updated, or could this be an issue that needs to be looked into? Would love to understand what is happening here.

After changing my username, I noticed I could not access my Raidlines anymore, which was quite concerning at first. I reached out to the team immediately to report the issue, and to my surprise, it was resolved almost instantly. That level of responsiveness is something you don’t see every day. Big shoutout to @nabulines & @nabu_lines and the entire team for the swift support and professionalism. It really shows how committed they are to the community and user experience. Moments like this build trust, glad to be part of something that is actively improving and taking users seriously

Can anyone from the @KotoFidotfun team please clarify what is currently going on? I have been noticing some unusual issues lately, and it is starting to raise a bit of concern. From leaderboard inconsistencies to account related problems, things do not seem to be functioning as expected. Additionally, there seems to be something off with the official account, which makes the situation even more confusing. It would really help the community if we could get a clear update on what is happening, whether it is a temporary glitch, ongoing maintenance, or something else entirely. Transparency at moments like this goes a long way. Looking forward to a response from the team.
