@raulpacheco 600 mg Ibuprofen and a big glass of water. Got to catch it very early, preemptive, almost. Discovered this 30 years ago recovering from a MCL soccer injury and noticed the migranes stopped- they were bad, disabling ones, 24h long. Doesn't work for everyone.

Friends who (like me) suffer from migraines. I'm at the "pre-migraine, I'm feeling a little numb in the back of my head" stage. What would you do to avoid triggering the full-on migraine? I am pondering whether to nap.
