@HolidayGems wanted to complain about the ceiling collapsing in our hotel in benidorm resulting in us having to wait in a queue for breakfast that we paid for and having very little to choose from because 2 hotels were crammed into 1. This resulted in us having to go out instead

How do I report @HolidayGems to some sort of authority. The hotel They recommended did not have a facility for my 9 month old to sleep and I told the the UK government does not recommend cosleeping with am infant and they responded "youre not in the uk" 🤣
