@GoogleMyBiz Thank you Zoe for your response. We have submitted 3 appeals but two were rejected without specific reasons. Someone has changed our location & contact number. Our guest has been defrauded & we have lodged a police complaint with cybercrime, as our guest is threatening to sue us.
