Exactly they aren’t interested in serving in the military, being first responders, they aren’t interested in going to college. They are more interested in being social media influencers and going viral. Any career field that requires them to risk their life isnt something they are willing to do, especially if they can make tons of money streaming doing goofy sh*t.

I served in the Navy for 20 yrs spent my last 14yrs in recruiting before retiring and this take is as bad as her slavery comments. DC politicos and war mongers like Nikki Haley whom never served a day in the military have no idea why recruiting is down. They take their cues from incompetent Officers who refuse to tell the truth because they are too busy worrying about being promoted. In 2006 only 22% of the population was recruitable, that number dwindled to 6% by 2020 because of medical issues. 80% of young adults between ages 17-25 (born between 1995-2003) were diagnosed with anxiety, depression and ADHD and by them being on mind altering drugs made them ineligible to join. “Wokeism”, “gender pronouns”, and whatever else they want to blame has not destroyed military recruiting, their friends in Big Pharma who bankroll their political careers have. Juxtapose that with 20 yrs of endless wars & lies and you get the numbers you have today. But these 🤡s know more than the folks who actually served and recruited. 🙄
