He is risen! This Easter Sunday, we celebrate the greatest promise of hope the world has ever known. Romans 6:23 tells us that "the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Through His resurrection, that gift is given to each and every one of us. May His love fill your hearts with peace and hope this Easter, and may we continue to be guided by the truth of the gospel as we live out our faith.

When I talk to farmers and ranchers across our district, water is always front and center. It's the lifeblood for our crops, our cattle, and our communities. I'm a pastor's daughter who's attended Arden Road Baptist Church since I was five years old. My faith taught me that service isn't something you do when it's convenient—it's who you are. I believe parents - not the government - should decide how to raise and educate their children. As Bushland ISD School Board President for nine years, I fought to keep inappropriate materials out of our libraries and DEI out of our classrooms. The result? Our district earned an A+ rating. I’ll bring that same leadership to Austin. One day left of early voting.

I'll say it plainly: I support @GregAbbott_TX's plan to eliminate school property taxes and replace that revenue with state funding so our Panhandle schools don't lose a dime. And until we get that done, I'll fight to lower the property tax freeze age from 65 to 55 so more families get relief now. Friday is the LAST DAY of early voting.
