So @Cardiffbus what has happened to the 6:52 number 50 from Countisbury Avenue Llanrumney into Cardiff? No information. A plethora of buses for St Mellons!

@Cardiffbus Why can’t someone access the app and input this information as it happens? Communication is key especially for people relying on public transport to get to work.

@HollyGaze We can only advise about pre cancelled services if a bus is cancelled, broken down or regulated by control due to late running this will not show on the app unfortunately.

Good morning @Cardiffbus ! It is me again! So what has happened to the 6:52 number 50 from Llanrumney into Cardiff? Technical issues for the second week running?

@Cardiffbus So why was no information put on the app to let passengers know? This is the second Thursday in a row that there has been an issue with this bus!

@HollyGaze The bus was defected on route to Llanrumney sorry and there was no spare bus to put in it's place

@Cardiffbus @Cardiffbus your communication needs to improve. Also the bus now appears to be on the tracker heading into town with passengers!!!!!

@HollyGaze I have since investigated and it was a technical issue, not the driver.

So @Cardiffbus what happened to the 6:52am/number 50 from Llanrumney into Cardiff? Nothing on the tracker, then appears, then disappears!!

@Cardiffbus Well one of my fellow travellers rang yourselves and was told it was the drivers fault as they headed back to town and it was not a technical fault. So @cardiffbus which is it?!?!

@HollyGaze Unfortunately, the bus developed a technical fault on the way to Llanrumney. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

So @Cardiffbus what happened to the 6:52 from Countisbury Avenue in to town? No information anywhere! Also the 49 is running late the other way.

So the number 50 did not stop at Castle Street to pick up passengers even though he saw people waiting. The bus had loads of seats and was not running late. What is the excuse this time @Cardiffbus ?

@Cardiffbus So what are those using this public service supposed to do? Lack of information and communication means yet again people will be late for work. This impacts on wages and job security.

@HollyGaze Hi Holly, unfortunately, the service was cancelled due to staffing issues and unfortunately, we did not have a relief driver to cover the journey

So the for the second time this week the number 50 from Llanrumney into Cardiff has not turned up!! No information on the tracker, etc. So @Cardiffbus what is the excuse this time?

@Cardiffbus So why wasn’t this information communicated? Being late for work or missing connecting buses has implications for workers. It is not satisfactory.
