Oh man, the passing of Carl Weathers stopped me in my tracks today. While I didn't know him personally, the movie moments between him and Sylvester Stallone were magical in Rocky IV. I remember as a kid thinking how tight of a friendship they had and hoped I would have a best friend like that one day. Carl left an impression on me at an impressionable age, it probably sounds silly, but it's the 1st thing that came to mind. RIP Carl, you will forever be the great Appolo Creed!
