Loving my MAN v FAT ManvFat Podcast journey so far. 3 stone down now since November and still going. A great first season hitting my 5,10 & 15% body loss. Also winning biggest loser and top scorer which I havent got certificate for yet. Thanks to all the guys for been so great.
