High Point is really something. They look evenly matched against Arkansas. They shoot well. They run the floor. They’re explosive. Everyone who touches the ball has ball skills. Their shot selection is great.

I never get emotionally invested in VMI basketball, but losing by almost 20 at home in February to a 12-15 team is not something alumni are going to shrug off and be like, "Oh well, we're not known for our basketball." The program HAS to be more competitive than that

Santonio Holmes never got that right foot down 17 years ago. I might be the only one who is not a Cardinals fan who thinks that, but it's true. It's clear to me in every clip I see that he only had one foot down.

Those strings didn’t feel that way to Stevie. He had extraordinary upper body & hand & arm strength. Casually shaking his hand was like gripping a vise. He wasn’t squeezing.

That said, I surely would've voted for him. I just don't feel sorry for him, nor do I think it's outrageous, that he didn't get in on his first year of eligibility.

From my perspective, the only high-profile sports figures who treated the media worse than Bill Belichick were Barry Bonds and Gregg Popovich. That probably had something to do with what transpired yesterday. There should be consequences for publicly treating people terribly.
