@HolySaintomato @worstbanevader Nah she was streaming when she was using youtube uploads too, started both are pretty much the same time. Had her little crew she'd stream with all the time. I miss all of those. Some still stream, a few don't anymore. Such a nice little group and community.

I can't honestly with confidence say she was a well known and popular vtuber at that time, despite her joke ASMR videos bring in many views.

Pre corpo times (before Coco, gura etc) you can definitely say she was the face of envtubing. But yeah melody was mostly a 1 month fad for enraging the camgirls for she is mostly remebered for

As a regular viewer of Moe's, I can vouch that no one knew about her until she joined a big company, and even then, hardly no one knew about her as Moe, but yes she was doing her thing long before all of this. All of that is beside the point though. Pippa is trying to frame the origins of EN vtubing as porn adjacent because of Melody, when even Melody herself had a rule to not talk about the other streams on a different platform and purposefully kept both sides separate from one another. It's not only disingenous, but it's wrong, and it's created due to her recent defense of vwhores.
