Most of the Barista pupils have now completed their hot drink assessments, well done🫖☕️🤩 Next week we begin cold drink training, keep your eyes peeled for iced coffees, frappé’s, milkshakes and smoothies/fruit coolers 🥤🧋🧊

Today we visited Dundee and Angus College who also run the Barista course. It was great to sample the drinks they offer and experience how they run their cafe. Thank you @dundee_angus ☕️
