O Irã acaba de divulgar sua declaração oficial de “vitória”, dizendo que os EUA concordaram com as condições de cessar-fogo:
1. Compromisso com a não agressão.
2. Continuidade do controle iraniano sobre o Estreito de Ormuz
3. Aceitação do enriquecimento de urânio
4. Levantamento de todas as sanções primárias e secundárias
5. Revogação de todas as resoluções do Conselho de Segurança da ONU e do Conselho de Governadores da AIE
6. Pagamentos de indenização ao Irã.
7. Retirada das forças de combate americanas da região.
8. Cessação da guerra em todas as frentes.

Segundo o New York Times, o Irã concordou com o cessar-fogo anunciado pelo presidente dos EUA, Donald J. Trump. A medida teria sido aprovada pelo novo líder supremo, o aiatolá Mojtaba Khamenei.

Verdades vindo a tona
O Irã concordou com 12 das condições americanas, e as três condições restantes serão negociadas ao longo de um período de duas semanas:
1. Um compromisso permanente de não possuir armas nucleares
2- Entrega do urânio enriquecido à Agência Internacional de Energia Atômica
3- Permitir que a agência monitore toda a infraestrutura nuclear.
4- Interromper completamente o enriquecimento de urânio no Irã
5- Reduzir o alcance e o número de mísseis
6- Abandonar imediatamente o apoio às milícias e grupos paramilitares na região.
7- Impeça os ataques às instalações energéticas da região do Golfo.
8- Reabrir o Estreito de Ormuz imediata e incondicionalmente.
9- Levantar todas as sanções impostas ao Irã
10 - Abolir o mecanismo para reimpor sanções da ONU
12- Apoio americano à usina nuclear de Bushehr, desde que esteja sob supervisão direta dos Estados Unidos.

إيران وافقت على 12 شرط من الشروط الأمريكية وبقية ثلاث شروط يتم التفاوض عليهم لمدة أسبوعين : 1- تعهد دائم بعدم امتلاك أسلحة نووي 2-تسليم اليورانيوم المخصّب للوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية 3- السماح للوكالة بمراقبة كل البنية النووية 4- وقف تخصيب اليورانيوم داخل إيران نهائياً 5-تقليص الصواريخ مدىً وعدداً 6- التخلي الفوري عن دعم الميليشيات والوكلاء في المنطقة 7- وقف الضربات على منشآت الطاقة الإقليمية الخليجية 8- إعادة فتح مضيق هرمز بدون شرط او فيد فوراً 9-رفع جميع العقوبات المفروضة على إيران 10- إلغاء آلية إعادة فرض العقوبات الأممية 12- دعم أمريكي لمحطة بوشهر للطاقة النووية بشرط تكون تحت الرقابة الامريكية المباشرة

PRESIDENT TRUMP: 🇮🇷🇺🇸 Based on conversations with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Asim Munir, of Pakistan, and wherein they requested that I hold off the destructive force being sent tonight to Iran, and subject to the Islamic Republic of Iran agreeing to the COMPLETE, IMMEDIATE, and SAFE OPENING of the Strait of Hormuz.
I agree to suspend the bombing and attack of Iran for a period of two weeks.
This will be a double sided CEASEFIRE! The reason for doing so is that we have already met and exceeded all Military objectives, and are very far along with a definitive Agreement concerning Longterm PEACE with Iran, and PEACE in the Middle East.
We received a 10 point proposal from Iran, and believe it is a workable basis on which to negotiate. Almost all of the various points of past contention have been agreed to between the United States and Iran, but a two week period will allow the Agreement to be finalized and consummated.
On behalf of the United States of America, as President, and also representing the Countries of the Middle East, it is an Honor to have this Longterm problem close to resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter! President DONALD J. TRUMP
