@HomeGoods can you please stop using those awful price tags that come off in million pieces? And can you teach your employees common sense and not put those stickers on directly on merchandise? If it leaves sticky residue I return stuff.

@HomeGoods I’m disappointed at the low supply of Eid Decor despite the very high demand every year. I have at least 6 stores near me in an area with a large Muslim population and everything sells out instantly. Meanwhile there’s racks and racks of decor for other holidays

My wife and I went to @HomeGoods today at and at 1130 am on Christmas Eve we were picking up a few last minute gifts and things and for those who don't know, I have moderate to severe ASD and have some very extreme sensitivity to loud or sudden sounds. The PA system came online and they made an incredibly loud announcement about being excited for Christmas and several employees started literally screaming "woo!" That in and of itself isn't much of a problem, because I have ear plugs and my wife covers my ears during announcements at stores to help muffle the sound. Upon seeing this happen the employees started screaming "it's Christmas!" In our direction probably thinking I just didn't like Christmas. Again, that would be annoying but not the major issue Upon my wife telling these sorry assholes that I am autistic, they stated again very loudly "it's Christmas!" And she told them " that doesn't change his Autism" And instead of doing the remotely respectful thing where you just stop screaming and whooping and go on with your day they began to mock me for being autistic and just repeating "it's Christmas! He's autistic! What a retard." as they walked into another isle as if we couldn't still hear them. We told the manager at checkout 2 about it but that is incredibly fucked up and id love to pass the information on to someone in corporate about the store location and people involved if anyone knows a good way to contact them.

@HomeGoods Why is the manager in your Montgomery, Ala store always so rude? Apparently Christmas items are 50% off but not Hanukkah items. This lady has a significant history of rude behavior and everyone in this community knows it. Even the lady in the store next to me knew it.

Got an exfoliating scrub, think my mom got it at Home Goods or maybe tj maxx, I open it to smell it and it looks like someone dug their finger into it which gross, and it looks all dry. I'm actually disgusted what the hell man, so we're going to return it

@HomeGoods Plymouth, MN would like to report your rude and embarrassing store manager who felt the need to reprimand me loudly in front of many guests about where carts are kept. I am not on your payroll - she is! I won’t be back after I return the hundreds of $$ just spent.
