We have just witnessed the historic moment of HNI's first declaration being read and endorsed at #HNICongress2023 — this is the biggest outcome document of our Congress, and will pave the way for a better future for home-based workers around the world!

The declaration includes important demands such as the need for HBWs to be heard while formulating policies concerning them, and also, commitments to building capacities (e.g., digital literacy) and conducting research on climate change impact.

As #HNICongress2023 enters its final day, we reflect on the past few days and feel proud of what we've accomplished. And what better way to start the day than with a lively dancing party from our South East-Asian delegates?? 🌸💃🏽🎉

I was delighted to join the 2nd @HomeNetInt Congress & to celebrate home-based workers from 32 countries & their beautiful creations. Nepal’s amazing Chandni Joshi has given a great gift to HNI’s community of 1.2 million workers by initiating this network in 2000.
