I hate @HomeSenseCanada web page; always ask me for the store I choose one, and then can not move from there; why it’s so freaking difficult to just see what they have and thats it. 🙄
Had a very strange experience at @HomeSenseCanada today. I found two identical items - one priced significantly higher than the other. Staff insisted that if I bought both (which I did) I would need to pay the sticker price for each. A buy one, get a second for 42% more deal!
@HomeSenseCanada Hi! Is there an actual customer service rep to speak to? Your 6 available options only lead me to gift cards, receipts or head office. This is all a roundabout way to get a customer to go away.
Woah! Lit this candle 5 minutes ago and heard glass shatter! Brand new candle from #PlaceandTimeCandles… also, @HomeSenseCanada throws its own sticker over the original one that now says Made in Vietnam. The stock underneath says Made in USA #falseadvertising I’m pissed!

@HomeSenseCanada, why are your stores full of drug addicts who take whatever they want and walk out with no consequences? Does this mean anyone can take whatever they want and leave? Also, your store is full of knives—when are you going to react? When someone gets stabbed?

@MayorOliviaChow@toronto311 I just has been denied using a washroom @HomeSenseCanada at 80, Spadina. I called for manager. Paris came and said that it was a "company decision".
I'd like to call City Hall for closing all stores who denied using a washroom by disabled customers.

@HomeSenseCanada there has to be a better placement? At least a good portion of my purchases have a permanent residue from the tag. Keeping it consistent
@HomeSenseCanada I finally found my Christmas gift for my family , when I went grab it to go pay it one of your employees who was actually working didn’t let me purchase it because she was saving it to herself she haven’t purchase it yet…since when do employees have priority ?

@HomeSenseCanada was at Edm S. Common store today. I wanted to check balance on 4 GC’s (have habit of putting used ones back in wallet). The manager said I’d need to show ID to check that many! She was so rude & made me feel like a criminal. I left feeling awful. Won’t go back.
