🔥 I personally test & review home saunas—30+ tried. I track real results: sleep, stress, skin, and more. No fluff. Just facts. 👉 https://t.co/bIKlKOQH2s

4/5 Boost mode isn't enough. It slowly raises chlorine over 24-48 hrs. Real shocking requires a sharp spike (10x combined chlorine) to trigger breakpoint chlorination. Slow increases don't break chloramine bonds.

1/5 You installed a saltwater system to skip weekly chemicals. So why shock it? Because your generator can't handle everything. 🏊‍♂️

4/5 Neither is "better." - Infrared wins for pain relief and convenience. - Steam wins for respiratory health and authentic ritual. Choose based on heat tolerance and health goals.

4/5 Green should shift to cloudy blue within 24-48 hours (that means algae is dead). Most pools clear in 3-5 days. Dark green can take 5-10 days with multiple treatments. Underdosing just means you shock again tomorrow.

1/5 Green pool? Don't drain it. You need 2-4x more shock than normal - most people use the standard dose and wonder why it's still green 3 days later. 🟢

4/5 That "chlorine smell" doesn't mean too much chlorine. It's chloramines - shock breaks them down. Red itchy eyes? Same thing. Test your water and shock when combined chlorine rises above 0.2 ppm.

1/5 Most pool owners shock half as often as they should. That cloudy water after hot weather? The strong chlorine smell? You're already behind. 🏊‍♂️
